As part of our service, we meet with the bride and groom to discuss what YOU want for YOUR SPECIAL DAY. Planning and communication are the keys to a successful wedding reception. Basic 5-hour Reception:  We schedule a professional DJ/MC that will take care of your bridal party introductions, toasts, cutting of cake, bridal dance, garter/bouquet throws, and special dedications and announcements.  This package includes a MC/DJ, DJ assistant (dressed in tuxedo), professional compact disc sound system, and our complete music library.

Enhanced 5-hour Reception:  This package includes all items listed in the Basic Reception package and the following:

 A Master of Ceremonies / Party Personality, five-foot lighting truss, and  2 additional lighting effects.

Premium 5-hour Reception:  This package includes all items listed above and the following:

Basic Party Giveaways (Hats, Maracas, Sunglasses, Hawaiian Leis).

Available extras:  Ceremony music, additional giveaways, Smoke/Haze machines. Our wedding packages can be customized to suit the need of your reception.  There may be additional fees for extended traveling time.  Please call today for your customized price quote.

Bar/Bat Mitzvahs:
We meet with each family to determine their wishes and the child's wishes for music and events at each stage of the planning process.  We pride ourselves on the fact that the families are included in this very special right of passage. We have a great deal of experience and satisfaction in knowing our clients have had a wonderful time.  Their child will remember their celebration because of this open communication between Music in Motion and all parties involved.  We also have a wide variety of giveaway packages available to help customize your event.

Basic 5-hour Bar/Bat Mitzvah:  We schedule a professional DJ/MC that will start the event with the Grand Entrance of the host, siblings, and guest of honor.  Play the appropriate music for the candle lighting and parent dances, and  invite all guests to join the family on the dance floor for the Hora.  We will also supply a wireless microphone for the Motzi and Kiddish.  This package includes a MC/DJ, DJ assistant (dressed in tuxedo), professional compact disc sound system,  five-foot basic light show (consists of 8 colored pin spots that flash to the music), 2 additional lighting effects, and our complete music library.

Enhanced 5-hour Bar/Bat Mitzvah: This package includes all items listed in the basic package package and the following:

 A Master of Ceremonies / Party Personality,  2 additional lighting effects, and some basic party giveaways (Hawaiian leis, sunglasses, YMCA hats).

Online Event Planning: Send your event information to us over the internet.  Once you have contracted with us we will create a login to our client access area.  This area includes online request lists, wedding, party and school planners.  Another great online tool offered by Music in Motion.
